Additional Information:
Unique Features: The Triumph is a hybrid elm with very good resistance to Dutch Elm Disease, and moderate resistance to the Elm Leaf beetle and the Japanese Beetle. It grows rapidly into an upright vase shape but is not as wide as the American elm. It does have large lustrous leaves, like those typical of an American elm, and is the closest in appearance to the American. It has strong upright branching and is easier to train than other hybrid elms. This elm is on the Parker Preferred Species list and suitable for lawn or street plantings.
