Additional Information:
Unique Features: The Cupressina Norway spruces grow at a good rate into a very narrow upright form with upswept branches covered with bright green needles and hold up well to snow load. Cupressina spruces have severe problems during our winters if they are in a sunny location. They are not adapted to the inconsistent temperatures, inconsistent snow cover, low humidity, wind and intense high UV sunlight conditions in this area. Planting them with a northern exposure (with protection from the south), winter watering and using anti-desiccant products can help but are not a sure fix.
