Unique Features: The Sester Dwarf spruce is a cultivar of Colorado spruce that grows very slowly into a broad conical shape. The blue green needles are a little shorter than those of a regular Colorado spruce but just as stiff and sharp. The durability of the Sester Dwarf spruce is equal to that of the full sized Colorado. This little tree can survive in a container outdoors year around and in full or part sun; it does need to be watered though. Because of its slow growth rate in can stay in an appropriate sized container longer before having to repotted or root pruned. This is a Colorado spruce a townhouse patio or an apartment deck, a true dwarf.
